Meet the Founder - Crystal Cartwright
I'm Crystal, the founder of Thriving in Color, a strategic consultancy built on one simple belief: talent and vision are everywhere, but access to the right strategy and support shouldn't be out of reach.
With over 15 years of leadership experience across Nike, Apple, LTK, and high-growth startups, I've spent my career bridging gaps between product and revenue, vision and execution, corporate strategy and creator authenticity.
At LTK, I led Creator Success & Support as a Senior Director, working directly with influencers and entrepreneurs to build sustainable, scalable businesses.
Before that, I managed global operations for high-profile clients at Savoya and helped thousands of people meet their goals across roles at Nike.
Now, I work with creators, entrepreneurs, small businesses, and corporate teams who are ready to move from "figuring it out" to executing with clarity. Whether I'm meeting 1:1 with clients, stepping in as a fractional executive, or leading workshops that shift how teams operate, my approach is the same: strategic, actionable, and built for real results.
I'm based in Dallas, Texas where I've built a community of professionals who believe in doing business differently - with intention, authenticity, and a commitment to creating opportunities for others.
