What is Thriving in Color?
Born from the belief that talent and vision are abundant in our communities but access, strategy, and support are often out of reach, we offer hands-on education, curated experiences, and intentional connection to close the gap and pour into the next generation of change makers.
Founded by Crystal Cartwright, a former corporate leader with over 15 years of experience at companies like Nike, Apple, and LTK, we’re rooted in lived experience and a deep commitment to building the kind of space we wish existed earlier in our journeys.
