Sessions are typically held virtually via Google Meet for flexibility and accessibility. You’ll receive a link before each session to join.
Are you in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and want to hold your session(s) in person? An additional fee is required for in-person sessions so just let me know and we can discuss pricing directly.

Coaching requires commitment, and because of the personalized nature of my services, all payments are final. However, if you need to reschedule sessions or adjust your program, I will always try to work with you to find a solution.

Once you complete a coaching program/package, you’ll have the option to purchase individual session(s) or another package to maintain your momentum. Many clients find that continued guidance helps them stay accountable and navigate new challenges as they arise.
